The long-standing tenures of Marco Verratti and Julian Draxler at Paris Saint-Germain are coming to an end very shortly. Both players will continue their careers in Qatar, where they will sign lucrative contracts.

This is known by L'Équipe. The news doesn't come as a surprise: both players were conspicuously absent from the list of players registered for the Champions League. In Qatar, the transfer window is still open, and PSG has well-known strong ties to the Gulf state. So, the pieces of the puzzle seem to fit.
Verratti, who has been gracing the Parc des Princes for over a decade, will be playing for Al-Arabi. According to the French newspaper, negotiations between the two clubs (which likely didn't take long) were concluded a few days ago, and now the Italian midfielder has given his agreement for a move to the Middle East.
The same reportedly applies to Julian Draxler. The German player is said to have fully agreed to his new club, which will be Al-Ahli (the Qatari version, not the namesake from Saudi Arabia). An official announcement is all that's left. Draxler joined the French champions in 2016 but played less and less. PSG already loaned him to Benfica last season, and now it appears that a permanent departure for the winger is in the works.
