The loan spell of Tanguy Ndombele at Galatasaray has not yet proven to be a success. The Frenchman has landed himself in further trouble after he was caught eating a hamburger.
Ndombele is struggling with physical issues and is said to have been put on a diet by Galatasaray, which is renting him from Tottenham Hotspur.
After the Turkish club lost 1-3 to Bayern Munich on October 24th, Ndombele was reportedly caught by his coach Okan Buruk ordering a hamburger in the team hotel, according to Turkish outlet Fotospor.
The 26-year-old midfielder is said to weigh 81 kilograms and would only be considered for playing time if he manages to get under 75 kilograms. Besides hamburgers, Ndombele's order reportedly included fries and cola.
Galatasaray allegedly has a purchase option of around fifteen million euros for Ndombele, but whether they will make use of it seems highly questionable. So far, he has only played 124 minutes for the Süper Lig runners-up.
