Arsenal managed to snatch Jesus away from Manchester City last summer, and it proved to be a bull's eye from day one. The striker participated in the World Cup in Qatar with Brazil, but returned with a serious knee injury.

Arsenal has some exciting weeks ahead in the Premier League. The Gunners were recently carefree and leading the English football marathon, but now that the finish line is in sight, Manchester City is getting closer with every kilometer. On Friday, Arsenal must win against Southampton.

After three months of rehabilitation, Jesus returned to Mikel Arteta's team on March 12th, in the home game against Fulham. The phlegmatic attacker is now increasingly getting more playing time, and this is paying off in terms of productivity. Jesus has scored four goals in the last three games, and is well on his way to becoming the version of himself that he was at the beginning of the season.

Tonight, Arsenal will face Southampton, the bottom team in the Premier League, with Jesus in their team. At this stage of the season, there is only one thing that counts for the Londoners: a win. The gap with Manchester City is currently four points, and The Citizens have also played one game less. On Wednesday, the big game between Manchester City and Arsenal is scheduled.
